Account and profile

When you sign in with Google, Firebase Authentication provides your account ID, email address, display name and profile image. Pinacle Studio uses the account ID for access, trial usage and Pro status. We store channel name, handle, URL, subscriber count and video count in Cloud Firestore when you provide or fetch them. You can opt in separately to product survey contact.

Workflow data

The extension stores scripts, imported voiceover audio, transcripts, images, settings and project work in your browser. It can send prompts, reference images, audio or page information to the third-party services you choose to use, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google Flow, Groq and YouTubeTranscript.io. Those services handle data under their own policies. Your Groq API key, if added, stays in extension local storage and is used to call Groq directly.

Payments

Paystack processes Pro payments. Pinacle Studio stores payment references, subscription state, amount and access dates in a Cloudflare D1 database. The extension and website do not need to store your card number. Pro access is granted only after payment verification.

Google API data

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access and retention

Firestore rules restrict account profile and trial usage reads to the signed-in owner. Billing records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and accessed through an authenticated backend. A local project reset does not erase the server-side account or payment history. For support or account data requests, join our Discord support.
